Connect2Dorset's 2024 Review: Celebrating our Achievements

This year was an exciting one for Connect2Dorset, as we officially launched on 8th April 2024! Since then, we’ve been dedicated to connecting talented individuals with Dorset Council, supporting their temporary recruitment needs, and making a positive impact in the community. 

Our Journey Begins 

Launching a new brand is no small feat, and 2024 marked the start of our mission to bring innovative recruitment solutions to Dorset. The journey so far has been incredible, and we’re proud of the progress we’ve made in such a short time. 

Achievements to Celebrate 

Even as a new brand, Connect2Dorset has already seen some remarkable achievements: 

• British Recruitment Awards finalists and winners – Recognised for excellence in public sector recruitment. 

• Promotion Success – A huge congratulations to Jess Nichols, who was promoted to Talent Partner this year! Jess’s hard work and dedication exemplify the passion and expertise that drive our team. 

Looking Forward to 2025 

As we close out our first year, we’re filled with gratitude for the support we’ve received from Dorset Council, our candidates, and our incredible team. 2024 was just the beginning, and we’re excited to grow and make even more of a difference in the year to come.
